Home Cinema with 1000 Watts and Blu-ray: Panasonic “SC-BT100”
The new “SC-BT100” home cinema set from Panasonic provides for the right feeling with DVD or Blu-ray nights at home on account of its 1000 Watts and the corresponding picture quality.
The Panasonic home cinema set plays Blu-ray discs in FullHD and 24p. Even normal DVDs should appear in 1080p on the screen thanks to an integrated upscaler. Next to the centre unit there are also four additional speakers. The SC-BT100 supports Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD. Additional speakers are also available with the set in order to quickly turn it into either a 5.1 or 7.1 system. An iPod dock also comes integrated. A picture-in-picture function (as long as its offered on the Blu-ray disc) as well as a UniPhier processor also come included. The price for the SC-BT100 hovers around the £800 range.
