Apple iPod Nano Turned Into The Anti-Social Music Player

Apple iPods are one of the most beautiful, adored and famous audio/video players in the world. The company tries to improve the performance of their iPods at each and every step. This is the reason that we have seen several generations of iPods one after another.

Every new generation offers the enhanced iPods to music enthusiasts. From the very beginning Apple is seriously concerned about the quality standards for their products. People have always believed in this brand but there was a time when the research had proved that the users of the iPods are becoming deaf because of listening to music at high volumes. The company immediately responded to this and created new safe iPods which automatically adjust their volume between a safe listening ranges. This made the people very happy and they regained the faith in the iPods. But recently in Japan the iPod Nano disappointed the users very badly. Two first generation Nano (MA099 and MA005) emitted sparks while they were put on charge.

The lithium-ion of these players got suddenly overheated and soon the device was wrapped in flames which made it unusable and left it in a really bad shape. However, the company claims that these two were first generation iPods which in very rare cases can become too hot during charging but the second and third generation iPod Nano are completely safe to use. Apple blames the particular supplier for the faulty lithium-ion batteries.
