Koss, known for its high fidelity stereophones and audio accessories across the world, now presents its new headphone, the Koss UR29. These headphones are smart, stylish and will deliver superb quality as well. This new model has a closed back with circular earpads, which fit comfortably around your ears. There’s an anisotropic magnet, which means the magnetization of driver is more concentrated and aligned in one direction. Its frequency response ranges from 18 Hz to 20 KHz, which is pretty wide. The UR29 is also coupled with a Mylar diaphragm to achieve a broader frequency response and louder audio.

It has a 100Ω impedance, which is quite good for headphones. The Koss UR29 is even sensitive to 101 DBSPL/ 1MW. This audio accessory is built in a sturdy manner which gives a strong and a rugged look. The backs of the cans have been granted an aluminum surface to give them a smooth surface. The rest of the body is coloured black, including the cushioned headband, ear cushions and cord, which creates a classic look when contrasted with the silver cans. Koss’s logo and some dotted design are also visible in deep grey on the silver can.

The cord has a volume control controlled by a slider switch. Being a mid-range headphone, the Koss UR29 is quite affordable. These sturdy headphones can also be used with many amplifiers and outputs.
