It is the successor to the Oregon Scientific MP 100 128 MB, with the main difference of course being its water resistance. The MP121combines a waterproof and shockproof design with an impressive list of advanced features. The MP3 player has a waterproof capability in depths of up to 3 feet, is shockproof and equipped with an inbuilt pedometer that has distance calculator, calorie counter, BMI calculator and stopwatch. It is has been specially designed and conceived for athletic people. The MP121 supports both MP3 and WMA audio files. It has an inbuilt Fm radio tuner.
