Sony NWZ-S738F Walkman: Sleek, Beautiful and Bountiful

This S series Sony Walkman is an elegant specialized music player which has a wide multimedia support and is a complete set in itself. This digital player/radio tuner comes with an 8 GB Flash memory and supports WAV, WMA, MP3, ACC, JPEG Photos, MPEG 4 and M4V video. It is also a pleasure to use this system, as all the Controls have a distinct identity, which has been created by selecting a different design for each one of them and also changing their texture and special abilities; such as the intelligent playlist function, ability to automatically get back to the same file from where you had left off, or navigating by the songs’ release year. As a result the entire navigation process is very user friendly.

Sony has given extra attention to the quality of sound with the Sony NWZ-S738F. They have designed a special circuit which has been integrated into the system for noise cancelling. This increases the clarity of the stereo tremendously. This has been complimented by another clear Bass setting feature to give depth to the sound system, and with its equalizer it truly becomes a musical treat for all music fans. The earphones are also of good quality and you need not go in for replacing them as is generally the case with other walkmans.

This S series also has lot of additional features, like the Radio Tuner which, besides having an excellent output, also has auto scan abilities and lets you preset up to 30 channels. You can also listen to the audio system in the airplane with minimal outside noise distortion on account of its noise cancelling features not present in other Walkmans like the Sony NWZ-A828 8GB. Software has also been provided to simply transfer the files directly from other external devices, and podcasts can be easily accessed from computer hard drives as well. Finally, with a battery life of 40 hours for audio and 10 hours for video it is a great buy.
