iPod Shuffle is Back with a Bang: This Time it Talks
Everybody knows Shuffle, the small Apple iPod that is trendy, stylistic and is known for its performance and playlist shuffle functionality.This time Apple has introduced a new version of Shuffle which is even more fascinating and entertaining than its first two generation cousins. The third generation shuffle offers the same high-quality acoustics and playlist shuffle at the touch of a button but also incorporates a unique function called VoiceOver which enables the Shuffle speak out the song title, artist and status information such as remaining battery life in 14 different languages.
The new Shuffle is the first portable music player that can speak and it’s the first Apple iPod Shuffle offering playlist management. It can speak out in English, Czech, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish. Most of the configuration is same as the previous models like the Apple iPod Shuffle 2GB. This newbie supports popular music formats and offers the playlist shuffle function. It can accommodate thousands of tracks in its tiny casing and comes with a fully functional earphone that has got all the controls on the cord. You can get it in two colours, Silver and Black.
Greg Joswiak, the vice president of Apple iPhone and iPod Product Marketing says, “Imagine your music player talking to you, telling you your song titles, artists and playlist names. The amazingly small new iPod shuffle takes a revolutionary approach to how you listen to your music by talking to you, also making it the first iPod shuffle with playlists.”
