The drive unit of the Wharfedale Diamond 10 CC has been enhanced with a massive flange secured using six screws to make the most out of the stronger cabinet of the speakers and for improving its stability. A diamond pattern has also been moulded into surround of the Kevlar cone, that apart from enhancing the look of the Wharfedale speaker, also reduces and damps standing waves in the surrounding and deliver a cleaner high-frequency acoustic roll off.
